The first is the Telugu movie Anando Brahma. As we reported earlier, the horror comedy has done well over the weekend with an excellent Sunday. It was a film that well in the Telugu states as well as the US. Anado Brahma thanks to the weekend performance alone is a hit.

The second film is a surprise entry. It is the Hollywood horror flick, Annabelle: Creation. The movie took everyone by surprise across all the industries, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. It dethroned VIP 2 in Tamil Nadu over the weekend and was superb in Hindi and good in Telugu. The audience seems to be in the mood for entertaining horror movies.
