Strength
Ravi Teja – Gopichand Malineni’s last outing Don Seenu went extremely well with the masses.
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja had earned the image of hero who gives minimum entertainment throughout the the movie. This will be put to use in this film to a maximum extent.

Weakness
Due to Ravi Teja’s flop streak in recent times and routine audio, audience seem to be not so interested in the movie.
Gopichand’s career so far is not very exciting. And this is a concern for the movie as well.
Opportunity
The expectations on the movie from audience seem to be very low which will help the movie if it is up to the minimum range.
The movie is releasing this Friday, There is absolutely no competition what so ever at the box office and this will prove to be a blessing in disguise. The movie is expected to get tremendous opening in case the movie is good.
PVP cinemas are doing some excellent promotion to the movie and they are trying to get the biggest possible release for it.
Threat
There are some interesting movies lined up after Balupu like – Singham, Sahasam, OM. They will eat away the collections and theaters count if Balupu is not up to the mark.
