Akhil Akkineni is currently busy with the shoot of Surender Reddy’s Agent. Touted to be the costliest movie in Akhil’s career so far, the actor is giving his best for the spy thriller. The recent picture of Akhil slaying with his abs where he channelled his inner beast with chiseled avatar shows the effort he is giving to score a blockbuster.

Meanwhile, has Akhil Agent lost one of the USP factors? Well, Thaman was the first choice for Agent. The music composer is in the best phase with many biggies in his lap, right from Mahesh Babu to Chiranjeevi to Pawan Kalyan films among others.

In fact, Thaman was instrumental in the success of Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo with the chartbuster music. However, Thaman is now is said to have been replaced by Hiphop Tamizha. The reason is said to be Thaman packed with many big projects and with the tight-packed schedule, Kollywood music composer is on board.

While Hiphop Tamizha is quite popular in Kollywood, but had Thaman been on board, it would have been added advantage for Agent. The shoot is taking place in the city and Surender Reddy has plans to wrap up by the year-end. Bankrolled by AK Entertainments, the spy thriller will hit the screens next year.
