The Tollywood box office saw two new theatrical releases this weekend and they are Rangabali and Bhaag Saale. Both are promoted as comedy entertainers with commercial touch. Here’s a look at the box office verdicts of these films and also, last weekend’s successful outing, Samajavaragamana.
Andhra Pradesh – Telangana
This week’s new notable release Rangabali is struggling at the box office. It failed to open big at the ticket counters and the weak reviews didn’t help the cause one bit either.
The other release, Bhaag Saale is a non starter and it is going nowhere.
This has opened up new avenues to Samajavaragamana which is going on a merry run at the box office. With both the new releases stuttering, this Sree Vishnu starrer is baking on the good word of mouth and reporting good revenues.
USA
In the USA, Samajavaragamana is going strength to strength as it has accumulated close to $700K till now.
