Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan made her debut as an actress with Archies which premiered on Netflix. The show was a debacle and Suhana’s performance was also wildly criticised.
But now, SRK himself has sprung to action in an effort to jump start his daughter’s career. The star hero has materialized a project titled King which will have himself and his daughter Suhana in the lead roles. He entrusted blockbuster Pathan director Siddharth Anand with the task of Co-producing the film and also give creative inputs.
Netizens are commenting that the only way Suhana’s career can prosper is if SRK delivers a blockbuster along with her with King film. They are commenting that Suhana’s criticism from Archies can be shrugged off only if King is a blockbuster and more importantly, Suhana will have to deliver an improved acting performance in the film.
As a result, King has become more important for Suhana than for SRK himself. The onus is on the young actress to wipe away the negativity for her weak performance in Archies and prove herself with King alongside her father. At the same time, Suhana acting with her father will naturally add to the expectations so this will be added burden for the film. Can she overhaul these expectations and impress?
