Naidu brings back Strict police boss to Vijayawada

Looks like Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had decided to deal the bad of Vijayawada with an iron fist. In the wake of recently surfaced Fake liquor deaths and call money scam in Vijayawada, Naidu brought back IPS Officer Surendra Babu as Incharge Police Commissioner of the city.

The existing Police Commissioner, Gautam Sawang is leaving the city on one month leave. Surendra Babu previously worked as Police Commissioner of Vijayawada during 2000-2004. His heroics during that tenure were talked by Vijayawada people years after that.

Surendra Babu back then eradicated rowdyism in Vijayawada and imposed city ban on many Gundas. With his comeback, the city people hope that he will make the city a clean slate. Looks like Naidu seem to be committed on this issue.
