The makers of Devara have officially announced that the film has grossed Rs 172 crore worldwide. However, South trade experts report a different figure, stating the film’s first-day share stood at Rs 90 crore, with a gross collection of Rs 158 crore globally.

In contrast, North Indian trade analysts estimate that Devara Part 1 collected Rs 90 crore in India and Rs 45 crore internationally, bringing the worldwide total to Rs 135 crore, including previews.

Despite mixed reviews on its opening day, Jr. NTR’s star power ensured that the film’s performance at the box office remained strong.

The movie saw good spot bookings throughout the day, particularly for its Hindi version, which initially seemed like it might underperform.

The film has shown promising momentum on day 2 and is expected to further strengthen its box office performance on day 3, which is its first Sunday.

Most of the film’s revenue is expected to be recovered during the opening weekend, and its weekday hold will determine its long-term success.
