Dhoom 3 to be biggest grosser ever in 10 days

The way the film Dhoom 3 is running the trade is expecting the film to be the biggest grosser ever in the history of Hindi films in just 10 days. Earlier in the year the long standing record of 3 Idiots as the highest grosser was overtaken by the film Chennai Express but it took 21 days for the film to achieve that feat, but Dhoom 3 would be doing that feat in nine or ten days which is absolutely fantastic.

Incidentally in the past too Aamir Khan had two biggest grossers in the form of Ghajini and 3 Idiots and they too took only 10 days to become the biggest ever. If Dhoom 3 achieves the feat as expected it will be the third Aamir Khan film in five years to achieve this feat making him the only Bollywood actor ever to achieve this unique feat.

Not only in India surprisingly the film has been doing well in overseas as well and US particularly has been phenomenal for the film. The way the film is racing ahead people are predicting that it might even usurp 3 Idiots to become the highest grosser in US. Even after 4 years of its release 3 Idiots has been unchallenged in US, it would be an exceptional feat Dhoom 3 out grosses it in US. We have to wait till the weekend to know where Dhoom 3 is actually headed too.
