There is a general opinion that US audiences rely on ratings and reviews of a film before taking the decision whether or not to watch a movie. Director Praveen Sattaru who is a US return talked cheap about US audiences.

He called the US audiences as notorious who would rather prefer to order $5 pizza and then watch a downloaded film along with their friends. Adding to this, he said that US audiences don’t even read the reviews but only go by the rating of the movie and then decide to watch a movie.
If that is the case, how several small budget films including his PSV Garudavega earned decent revenues? He also takes on US audiences for having some star heroes and technicians as their favourites. He thinks that they aren’t really sensible. It’s really bad to hear all this from a guy who had been an NRI.
