Hyderabad based Care multi-speciality Hospitals chain is up for sale now. Emerging markets private equity group Abraaj and a consortium of PD Hinduja Hospital and Everstone Capital Advisors are running up to acquire it.

Five bids have come up last month to close the deal and the final negotiations are going on. We have learnt that the offers are valued at Rs 1500 crore – Rs 1800 crore inclusive of its debt.
