Dulquer Salmaan will next be seen in a fantasy action thriller I’m Game, directed by Nahas Hidayath. Following the blockbuster success of Lokah, Wayfarer Films returns with another ambitious venture that also marks Dulquer Salmaan’s milestone 40th film. The movie is announced for its theatrical release on August 20, for Onam. Young Tiger NTR has unveiled the film’s trailer just a while ago.
For Dulquer Salmaan, gambling isn’t a game of luck. It’s all about algorithms. He firmly believes that every outcome can be predicted with the right calculations. Despite his unwavering confidence and larger-than-life claims, reality paints a different picture. A chronic loser whose bold predictions in gambling, cricket betting, and other high-stakes wagers repeatedly backfire, he nevertheless refuses to give up, clinging to the hope that his next prediction will finally change his destiny.
Rather than revealing too much of the story, the trailer focuses on creating intrigue through its stylish visuals, and explosive action. Every sequence is mounted on a lavish scale, while the breathtaking chase sequences leave a lasting impression.
Dulquer Salmaan steals the show with an ultra modish makeover that presents him in an entirely fresh light. The trailer also introduces other prominent roles played by Antony Varghese, Mysskin, Kayadu Lohar, Kathir, Parth Tiwari, and Samyuktha Viswanathan.
One of the trailer’s biggest strengths is its technical brilliance. Jimshi Khalid’s rich cinematography gives the film a distinct visual identity, while Jakes Bejoy’s electrifying score amplifies every dramatic moment.
The trailer assures a freaking entertainer, and sets the bar high for the movie.
