Bollywood’s young actress Janhvi Kapoor has become the go-to heroine for Telugu star heroes, with both NTR and Ram Charan signing her for their films.
The recently released “Chuttamalle” song has proven that she can be a valuable asset in terms of glamour, commercially matching a star hero’s aura.

Sukumar and Allu Arjun always wanted Janhvi to perform an item number in Pushpa 2, but she signed a contractual agreement with the Devara production that prevents her from acting in any Telugu film until Devara is released.
When Pushpa 2 was initially planned for release on August 15th, this contractual clause didn’t allow her to do the item song. However, now that Pushpa 2 has been pushed to December and Devara will be out in September, she can do the item song in Pushpa 2.

Sukumar and Allu Arjun considered Animal actress Tripti Dimri, but they felt she wasn’t a strong enough dancer to perform an item song, especially since “Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava” was a sensation in the first part of Pushpa. They are looking for a good dancer with unlimited hotness, which they believe Janhvi Kapoor perfectly embodies.
In all likelihood, Janhvi Kapoor will perform the item song in Pushpa 2, set to release on December 6th. If she delivers a chartbuster like “Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava,” there will be no looking back, and she will become the most sought-after actress for all Telugu star heroes.
