Finally Kaththi release date locked

Telugu version of Kaththi has been in news for the past few days for only one reason. And the question was whether the film would hit the screens in Telugu as a dubbed version or if it would be remade. The answer is out now.

Kaththi starring Tamil star Vijay will have a dubbed release. After days of going over the possibility to remake it has been decided that the movie is better left alone and not be remade as the content isn’t suitable to a big Telugu hero, as it is. Lots of nativity changes have to be done for it to work in Telugu and right now, there is no director who could go through the excruciating process and remake like it was done in the past with Tagore, for example.

So a dubbed version of Kaththi is all set to release in Telugu and it would hit cinemas on November 21 according to the trade. Do you think a right decision has been made?
