Green signal for Mahesh-Siva film

After lot of speculation, it has been confirmed that Mahesh Babu will team up with writer-director Koratala Siva. The project, which will be jointly produced by Disney UTV and Mahesh’s sister, will go on floors from July onwards. The details about the rest of the cast will be released in a week’s time. This project has created a sensation because Mahesh is teaming up with Siva after the success Mirchi.

Mahesh is expected to complete shooting if Aagadu in about two month’s time. He is expected to take a small break after that and immediately start his film with Siva. UTV south chief Dhananjayan had announced on Twitter that the project is very much on and will go on floors in July.

Mahesh and UTV had earlier joined hands for Athidhi, which turned out to be a disaster. We have wait to find out if it will work this time or face the same fate as the last time.
