The much-anticipated family entertainer titled Idupu Kayitham produced jointly by Sukumar Writings and Bunny Vas Works was launched grandly today with a traditional pooja ceremony attended by several prominent personalities from the Telugu film industry.
The film stars Priyadarshi in the lead role alongside debutante Naga Durga, a popular Telangana folk artist known for her energetic performances and strong cultural connect. Directed by young filmmaker Vamsi Reddy Dondapati, the film is set against a Telangana family backdrop and promises a wholesome blend of comedy, emotions, and entertainment.
The launch event witnessed the presence and blessings of several distinguished guests, including legendary producer Allu Aravind, acclaimed filmmaker Sukumar, celebrated director Lokesh Kanagaraj, directors Chandoo Mondeti, Karthik Dandu, Meher Ramesh, producer Damodhar Reddy, and other industry well-wishers.
Marking the ceremonial launch Dil Raju and Naveen Yerneni formally handed over the script to director Vamsi Reddy and producer Bunny Vas. Allu Aravind gave the first clap for the muhurtham shot, while Sukumar switched on the camera. The film’s title motion poster was unveiled by Lokesh Kanagaraj amidst enthusiastic applause from the gathering.
The entire cast and crew participated in the pooja ceremony and sought the blessings of the elders before commencing the project. Backed by the creative vision of Sukumar and the production expertise of Bunny Vas, the film has already generated significant buzz among audiences.
With Priyadarshi’s proven acting prowess, Naga Durga’s promising debut, and Vamsi Reddy’s rooted storytelling, the project is poised to be one of the most eagerly awaited entertainers in the coming months.
