Junior NTR Resumes Dragon Shooting With Prashanth Neel
Junior NTR’s upcoming film Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, has faced several production delays since its announcement. From changes in shooting schedules to the actor’s physical transformation, the project has encountered multiple challenges that have affected its progress.
The film initially took several months to begin production after its announcement. Even after shooting started, the project faced another lengthy break. While there were reports about possible script changes, the team later attributed the delay to NTR‘s physical transformation for his character.
The situation became more complicated when Junior NTR suffered a shoulder injury during filming. The actor underwent surgery in August and had to take a break from shooting. His recovery required several weeks of rest and rehabilitation before returning to work.
According to the latest reports, Junior NTR has now resumed shooting for Dragon. The actor reportedly joined the latest schedule at Ramoji Film City after a break of nearly three months. However, director Prashanth Neel still faces the challenge of managing the remaining production.
Although NTR has returned to the sets, his recent shoulder surgery could require careful planning of physically demanding scenes. The director may need to adjust the shooting schedule to accommodate the actor’s recovery while ensuring that production continues smoothly.
NTR’s significant physical transformation for Dragon has also been a demanding part of the project. Maintaining the required appearance while completing the remaining action sequences could add to the challenges faced by the actor and the production team.
For Prashanth Neel, the immediate priority will be balancing NTR’s workload with the film’s shooting requirements. The director must also manage the remaining schedules efficiently, particularly after the delays that have already affected the project.
Dragon is currently scheduled for release on June 11, 2027. With production resuming, the team will be hoping to complete the remaining portions without further interruptions. Much will depend on how effectively Prashanth Neel manages the shooting schedules while keeping NTR’s recovery in mind.
