Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiiyaan is finally gearing up for release on April 11 worldwide in over 6000 screens. As the superstar’s fans eagerly await the release of the film, there’s news that his next film will be with filmmaker K.S Ravikumar, who has directed films such as Muthu with the superstar.
According to a close source to the actor, Ravikumar was supposed to direct Kochadaiiyaan, which is a story he had originally written. He had given it to Rajini’s daughter on the special request of the superstar. But Rajini had promised Ravikumar to work with him soon. Now that he has completed shooting for Kochadaiiyaan, he is likely to start shooting for the film with Ravikumar.
The regular shooting for this project is expected to start after the release of Kochadaiiyaan, which is touted to be India first film to be shot using motion capture technology.
