KGF 2 Problem For Allu Arjun?

Prashanth Neel took the graph of Kannada cinema higher with his film KGF. The film made the entire nation take notice of it and it catapulted the filmmaker and Yash to pan-Indian appeal. Ever since the filmmaker announced the KGF2 sequel, expectations have been sky-high.

Is KGF2 turning problematic for Allu Arjun? Well, KGF2 has completed its filming and only post-production formalities are left which will be wrapped up soon. KGF2 was supposed to hit July 16 this year, but with the uncertainty reeling around, the film release got postponed.

KGF2 has now plans to book a festive slot- Dussera. It is learnt that the team is planning to come with an update on July 16 which would be around the release date. On the contrary, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa will be made in two parts. And the makers are contemplating to lock Dussera release date.

If that happens then it would be the biggest box-office face off post pandemic. And moreover, it may prove fatal for Pushpa, considering the massive hype KGF2 encapsulated. If team Pushpa comes up with an alternative option is to be seen.

It is worth mentioning that RRR, the biggest of all, is slated for release on October 13. There has been buzz that the film may get pushed, however the team hasn’t announced anything as of now. If only the RRR release date gets pushed, then either KGF2 or Pushpa may get a chance to come up with a festive release.

On the professional front, Prashanth has Salaar and he would be then occupied with NTR3. On the other side, Bunny has a commitment with Koratala Siva.
