Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Waltair Veerayya is gearing up for release on the 13th of January and the promotions are in full flow now.
The latest news is that the film has cleared the censor scrutiny. It was accredited with a U/A certification by the censor board.
The interesting thing here is that Veerayya has locked a rather lengthy runtime of 160 minutes.
In the recent trends, the optimal runtimes for commercial films has been under 150 minutes but in the case of Veerayya, it has gone for a slightly lengthy one.
But at the same time, ample entertainment and Mass elements should eliminate the risks bought by lengthy run times. Will Chiru be able to check this box? We will know the answer on 13 January as the film heads for theatrical release.
