Oka Manasu Producer Slammed for His Statements

Things have been going quite tough for Madhura Sreedhar and his new film Oka Manasu. The Niharika and Naga Shourya starrer released this Friday to some very disappointing reviews all over. Reacting strongly to these negative feedbacks, producer Madhura Sreedhar had some very strong words to say on twitter.

He tweeted saying that NDTV rated the cult classic Hindi film Aashique 2 and the film went on to collect 100 cores. Naturally his statements have caused a stutter on social media. As soon as he made these statements, the twitterati mocked Sreedhar for comparing his film to the classic.

Some were also of the opinion that it was the biggest joke of the day. Even though the film had some magical moments, the slow paced narration has hit back strongly against the film. With some more interesting films releasing next week, the 100 crore mark as stated by Madhura Sreedhar is a distant dream. The moral of the story is that it is good to think high about your film but not to an extent that it becomes a mockery of your own self.
