Major Obstacle For F3

Anil Ravipudi’s F3 faced many hiccups regarding release dates. The film was planned for Sankranthi, but then it went from February to April and after much dilly-dallying, the makers finally locked its arrival on May 27. The makers finalised May arrival to get maximum benefit as no big releases are in the fray except for small flicks.

However, now F3 gets ‘Major’ trouble. Adivi Sesh’s Major has announced its release date as May 27, which means F3 will be coinciding with the pan-India flick. Major has a good buzz and given the unanimous appeal and the subject it has, the footfalls could be good.

Interestingly, Mahesh Babu is one of the co-producers as he is presenting it under his banner Ghattamaneni Mahesh Babu Entertainment. This certainly implies that Major has the advantage of getting good screen space too.

Having said that, F3 is the sequel of blockbuster F2. Since the genre is different from Major, it is to be seen how the film fares.
