US Woman tweets Pic of man masturbating in front of her

A US woman kicked off a storm in social media after he tweeted a video of an unidentified youth masturbated in front of her while she was in Mumbai. As soon as she tweeted that, the video went viral on the micro-blogging site.

The video also reached Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis who ordered the joint commissioner of police (law and order) Deven Bharti to probe into it. The woman flew back to US with out filing any complaint with the local police.

Police are trying reach the women to collect the details and location where this incident happened. The state government reportedly took the issue very seriously as it tarnished the image of the state before the foreigners.
