The first single from Mohankrishna Indraganti’s new film Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali is out. It reunites the director with his hit music director Vivek Sagar. The combo continues its exquisite form and starts with a winner, all over again.
‘Kottha Kottha Gaa’ is the first single that is out now. It is typical Vivek Sagar, and that’s a compliment. The sound and arrangements of the young musician are fresh and refreshing to hear. His work especially for Sammohanam was spectacular keeping the commercial sensibilities in mind. He does the same here.
The song grabs the attention alright, for its freshness and melody. But, it will take a couple of listens to fully get into the groove. Once done, it is sure to stay there for a while, for the impressive mix of melody and simple and hummable lyrics.
Right from the first tease, there has been. a vibe of Sammohanam from Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali. Well, the songs maintain the same impression. Looks like the trio of actor-director-music director will deliver again.
Check out the lyrical video below. Sudheer Babu plays the hero whereas the in-form girl Krithi Shetty is paired with him. Mahendra Babu and Kiran Ballapalli produce the romantic entertainer. A release date for the movie is yet to be locked.
