NTR’s speech at the Don’t Trouble The Trouble pre-release event turned personal when he opened up about his bond with Karthikeya. NTR said Karthikeya supported him when some of his films were failing and he was unsure about what to do next. That support, he explained, is one reason he considers Karthikeya like a younger brother.
NTR also went back to his early days in the industry, recalling the loneliness he felt when nobody attended the launch of his first film. Over the years, his association with Rajamouli brought the director’s family and the Keeravani family closer to him, eventually becoming like an extended family.
He also credited Karthikeya for standing behind Rajamouli’s ambitious journey, including Baahubali and RRR.
