NTR had a decent face saving product in the form of Devara after epic RRR. He will next be seen in another seemingly safe project, War 2 which is nearing the completion of the shoot.
This film has reached the final leg of the production, and people still don’t know what to expect from the same, despite the presence of two superstars like NTR and Hrithik Roshan.

For starters, the vast majority of the conventional masses who are with NTR might not be too excited about this film in the first place. This is despite the fact that it is a sequel to a super hit Bollywood action film.
Adding to that NTR’s fans, do not even know what to expect, considering the fact that not a single promotional material has been released till now. There was this one leaked picture of NTR from this sets that was leaked a few months back and that’s about it.

Essentially speaking, the film is preparing for release this August, and we are missing the kind of aura that an NTR film usually generates. Even in the case of Devara, which was directed by a beaten Koratala Siva, the buzz and hype were on point.
The point to be noted is that War is expectedly going to be a safe project in Hindi with great theatrical returns guaranteed, given that the director comes up with winning stuff. But in Telugu, the brand value of NTR demands more.

While the primary aim of NTR with this project will be to gain additional market in Hindi, it must also be noted that the film must cater to the Telugu audience as well. Finding this balance is going to be a really tough task for a Bollywood director, like Aya Mukerjee.
Moreover, due to the lack of promotional material, the buzz around the film, whatever there was, has been steadily depleting at least in the Telugu social media space. All eyes are now on the teaser of the film, which must surely deliver big time.
