After a lot of last-minute drama and anxious waiting, Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG content finally landed in the United States. With Qube Cinema in Los Angeles receiving the DCP from Hyderabad, some theatres are getting digital delivery while others depend on shipped drives. The U.S. distributor Prathyangira Cinemas has now started circulating the content through both digital transfers and physical drives.
Because premieres are scheduled for tomorrow noon, the distributor is even asking fans to help pick up and drop off drives at certain locations. In India, special permission has been granted for paid premieres in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh starting at 10 pm IST. To align with that, select U.S. premiere shows are set for 12:30 pm EST, so both markets roll out at the same time.
Digital delivery will wrap up in the next few hours, while physical drives are expected to reach theaters by tomorrow morning. Now, all attention turns to director Sujeeth. With hype at its peak, the real test comes tomorrow as the first reviews and premiere talk set the tone for OG.
