Ok Bangaram off to wobbly start musically

The most eagerly awaited music of Ok Bangaram has been released online officially last night. As is with any album in the combination of Mani Ratnam and Rahman there were tremendous expectations on this as well and the first reactions seems to suggest a humdinger of sorts.

The album is off to wobbly reactions with many finding it a decent album but not to the standards of previous albums in their combination. As we all know the duo have delivered classic albums back to back many times over and hence Ok Bangaram on first few listens at least feels not in par with them.

Coming to the movie release it has been preponed by a week and it will now release on April 17. The film starring Dulquar Salman and Nithya Menen is backed by Dil Raju in Telugu.
