We had earlier reported that the makers of Ram Charan’s Peddi had missed a golden opportunity of promoting the film at the Hyderabad Stadium during the game between SRH and RCB. This was an opportunity to bring up the hype on the film.
And now it appears that the makers have messed up another opportunity to kickstart the hype on the film regarding the IPL finale.
The big final clash between Bengaluru and Gujarat happened last night, and it is one of the most watched sporting events of the year. If the makers of the Charan film somehow constituted a promotional campaign to hold an event here, it would have been an absolute blast.
This Charan film is also based on Cricket along with other multiple sports, and this IPL finale would have been the perfect opportunity to make it all happen.
The film had a willing Hero, who is stepping out to promote and ferociously spending producer. But neither of them were utilised due to the fullest capacity as opportunity to promote the film on the biggest sporting stage in India was missed again.
The timing of the event is also very perfect considering that the IPL finale is held on Sunday and the film is releasing on Thursday so whatever momentum generated through whatever event could’ve worked brilliantly.
