Kalki 2898 AD also made a huge dent in Sarfira movie’s box office collections as the Hindi audience preferred to watch Prabhas over Akshay Kumar.

Just when it seemed like Akshay’s luck might turn with Jolly LLB 3, slated for release on April 10, 2025, trouble loomed again. This date, chosen to maximize box office returns with an extended weekend due to Mahavir Jayanti and Ambedkar Jayanti, seemed perfect for Akshay’s comeback.
Jolly LLB 3, starring Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, was expected to capitalize on this lucrative period.

However, Prabhas’ next film, The Raja Saab, a horror romantic comedy, has now been announced to release on the same date, April 10, 2025.
Prabhas has built a solid fan following in the North. The superb run of Kalki, despite being just an okay film, in Hindi is a testimony to the fact that Prabhas is right now miles ahead of Akshay Kumar. The Raja Saab is releasing in Hindi as well and it will be released on a big scale.

Prabhas has built a strong fan base in the North, as evidenced by the impressive performance of Kalki in Hindi, despite it being an average film.
This clearly shows that Prabhas is currently miles ahead of Akshay Kumar in terms of stardom and popularity. The Raja Saab is also being planned for a huge pan-India release in the Hindi belt.
While The Raja Saab might not be highly anticipated among the Hindi audience, Jolly LLB 3 represents Akshay’s best chance to make a comeback. However, chances are there that Prabhas might still come out on top.
Trade experts predict that The Raja Saab will trump Jolly LLB 3 in Hindi if the films clash. At least in terms of opening Prabhas would definitely dominate Akshay and then word of mouth will decide which film will run long and take the benefit of the best release date.
