​Puri Says Charmee Is as Clean as Goddesses – SIT

The Special Investigation Team of the Enforcement Directorate for the Prohibition and Sale of Drugs has started grilling the film celebrities to know how far they are involved in the drugs’ racket busted recently.

Puri Jagannadh‘s involvement in the drugs case is one thing and his good friend Charmmee’s name dragged into this is another thing. According to a report in the Deccan Chronicle, Puri was defending Charmee big time and he was very emotional while talking about her.

He gave a clean chit to the actress saying, “She is as clean as Goddesses are”. He seems to be in pain for the way she was dragged into controversies and how stories had been cooked on her. Puri calls her a decent woman who is hard working. Charmee’s involvement is to be further probed, but one thing is confirmed as per the report in the tabloid that Charmee is indeed a special friend of Puri.
