Director Puri Jagannadh did not say a word coming out of the SIT investigation to the media. And now, we know why!
The star director has taken his time to come with a reply using the social media. Puri Jagannadh has once again reiterated that he has nothing to do with the drug related things happening in the industry and that he is willing to cooperate with police again if needed. He says that he has high respect for them and has made many movies on them showcasing the same.

However, the media seems to have terribly disappointed Puri. He particularly called out them and said that they have been irresponsible. Media has ruined many lives, the director said stingingly. The manner in which they conducted programs around the drug issue by adding spice without waiting out for the actual reality has hurt all the people in the family of Puri Jagannadh and also those who know them.
The situation gets even worse because Puri says, he ‘personally’ knows most of them and would be meeting them again in future and respects the field of journalism but what they have done was unacceptable according to him.
Director Puri Jagannadh earlier in the day attended SIT probe related to the drug issue. It lasted the entire day, and Puri Jagannadh was let off late in the evening after eight.
