Rajendra Prasad looks for unanimous mandate

Senior actor Rajendra Prasad has decided to contest for Movie Artists Association (MAA) President post. The elections for the post will happen later in the month.

The actor has expressed his interest to serve as the president for the association after giving it a long thought. A working committee meet and election will happen on 29th of March and the actor is hoping that he would get elected unanimously for the post. Even if there is a competition Rajendra Prasad says that he is willing to compete.

Murali Mohan is the current serving president for MAA and his term ends in few days. It has to be seen if he decides to put himself in competition or not. Many stalwarts from Telugu cinema have held on to this post, we have to see if Rajendra Prasad too joins them.
