Not just the hero, heroine also returns the money!

If the reports are to be believed, unlike our star heroes in South, Bollywood top actors have decided to return money to help the producers whose film had tanked big way, incurring huge losses. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Tamasha’ released in 2015, couldn’t live up to the expectations.

Since Deepika and her ex-lover Ranbir are hot couple in Bollywood, the film was sold for heavy prices and hence the losses had been immense. As per the reports that have surfaced, Ranbir returned Rs.10 crores while Deepika forewent Rs.5 crores.

‘Tamasha’ received critical acclaim for the content and the star actors’ performance but didn’t turn out a money churner at ticket windows in spite of the sizzling chemistry between the lead pair.
