Can you believe it? ‘Bajirao Masthani’ is made on a grand scale of a whopping budget of Rs.130 crore and the hero of the film Ranveer Singh didn’t charge a penny. One can see the amount of hard work the actor has put on in terms of looks and attaining a well chiseled body for his character.

But that doesn’t mean he did the film for free. Like many star heroes in Bollywood, Ranveer Singh also embraced the ‘The profit sharing model’ which has become the current trend in Bollywood. Instead of a particular pay cheque, the actor is going to get his share of profits after the movie’s release which may earn him a remuneration much higher than he would have demanded as pay cheque.
The trailer of the film is more than promising, literally making the audiences wait for the movie eagerly than ever. We know that director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is adept at delivering masterpieces and this one seems to be commercially viable even. So Ranveer’s profit sharing is a worthy idea.
