Yo Yo Honey Singh has become the current brand for Indian rappers and one can see a huge crop of new talent coming out. But Baba Sehgal, one of the famous rappers who made rapping popular in India more than a decade ago, has something like a critical observation on present day rappers.

He opines that present day rappers are self-obsessed and hence are singing more about themselves, their possessions, their girls etc. He sees himself different from the present day rappers like Honey Singh because his rapping style is like in America which has comedy touch and driven by passion not obsession.
