“It happened a while ago, and this is my third injury back-to-back,” Rashmika wrote, admitting that she had been pushing herself too hard.

“I should definitely learn to treat my body like a human body and not some machine,” she added.

Explaining the injury, Rashmika revealed that one of the four tendons connecting her right hip to her leg got detached while filming a dance sequence for her upcoming film Mysaa.

Calling it the most physically demanding film of her career, she joked, “Mysaa is definitely the most aggressive film I’ve ever done!”

Despite the seriousness of the injury, Rashmika assured fans that the pain is manageable and urged them not to worry. She even found humor in the situation, saying perhaps God had forced her to take a break because she never would have taken one on her own.

During her recovery, she has been spending time solving puzzles and says she has surprised herself with how much she enjoys them. She also joked that staying away from workouts is the toughest part, fearing she might turn into a “dessert monster” because of her love for sweets.

Rashmika also clarified that all three of her recent injuries were “freak accidents” and not the result of negligence.

Her post has drawn an overwhelming response from fans, with many praising her positivity and wishing her a speedy recovery. With major projects like Mysaa and Rana Baali in production, fans will now be hoping she returns to the sets only after making a full recovery.
