It’s official. Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has finally scored his first $1 million film in North America with IRUMUDI.
Reaching the milestone in just four days makes it even more special, especially for a star who previously had limited market strength overseas and had never entered the $1 million club.
The next challenge begins on Tuesday with Yash’s Toxic premieres in the U.S. A massive new release will naturally split the collections. Nevertheless, the job is already done.
With the break-even mark at around $700K, IRUMUDI is comfortably in the profit zone. Anything it earns from here is a bonus.
The film is also performing exceptionally well in the Telugu states, while Ravi Teja has officially registered his first major North America milestone.
