Gunashekar’s magnum opus movie, Rudramma Devi will begin its shooting proceedings today with a formal pooja at 1000 Pillars temple in Warangal. 12PM is the muhurath time. Anushka, Rana and other unit members are expected to attend this ceremony. Guna had pinned high hopes on this project. Besides roping Anushka to play the title role, he now roped in Rana Daggubati to play the role of Chalukya Veerabhadrudu, the prince of Nidavardhyapuram (Present Nidadavole).
Guna will himself produce the movie and had roped in some top class technicians on to the project. Director Gunasekhar says that the film will be India’s first historical stereoscopic 3D film and the regular shooting of the movie will begin very soon.
