Sankranti has once again become the destination for Charming Star Sharwa. His next film, titled George Krish, has officially locked January 14, 2027, for its theatrical arrival, bringing together Sharwa and director Sreenu Vaitla in a combination that has naturally raised expectations. The movie is presented by ATV and produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments, with Ajay Sunkara as co-producer.
The announcement comes with an attention-grabbing title poster designed around a striking hourglass concept. The artwork uses a vibrant colour palette and traditional ornamental detailing to establish a festive mood. The handwritten treatment of George Krish gives the title a playful personality, while the silhouette of Sharwa lifting a girl adds visual intrigue and a hint of romance.
Sharwa has a particularly strong connection with the Sankranti season. Shatamanam Bhavati, Express Raja and Nari Nari Naduma Murari have all contributed to his festive success story. His first film with Sreenu Vaitla is now expected to offer another family-friendly entertainer for the holiday audience.
The project was launched grandly today, with a seasoned crew supporting the lead combination. KV Guhan is the cinematographer, Anup Rubens handles the music, and Avinash Kolla oversees the production design.
Meanwhile, the makers have announced the worldwide theatrical distributors on the day of its launch, adding further buzz to the movie.
