Idhu Namma Aalu is the film of Tamil actor Simbu that has been struck in cans for a very long time. Recently director Pandiraj even requested heroine of the film Nayanthara to co-operate to get the film out. Now the team of actor-director has new plans for the film.

Apparently the duo of Simbu and Pandiraj are looking at roping in Shruti Haasan for an item number in the film. It is to give the film a fresh vibe by the time it hits the screens. Kollywood sources say the film would be finally releasing on March 24 which means this could be last push by the team to generate buzz on the film.
However people from the camp of Shruti Haasan say that the actress might to be ready to do an item number now. Let’s see if director can convince her or if he finds new way to get the buzz on the film going.
