Rashmika Mandanna, the actress who wowed us in ‘Animal,’ is all set for an exciting lineup of movies. She just finished shooting for the historical drama ‘Chaava’ with Vicky Kaushal, where she plays a role alongside him as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, directed by Laxman Utekar.
In a sweet post on social media, Rashmika thanked everyone involved in ‘Chaava,’ especially praising the director for handling such a huge cast and crew with calmness.
Chaava might turn out to be another game-changer for Rashmika as she will be playing a historical role for the first time in her career. Director Laxman Utekar is a talent to watch out for who directed some promising films like Luka Chhupi and Mimi. His last film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was a surprise superhit at the box office.
Apart from ‘Chaava,’ Rashmika has some big projects coming up. She will be part of sequels like ‘Pushpa 2-The Rule’ and ‘Animal Park’ which are some of the most hyped films in recent times.
Additionally, she has an exciting collaboration with Sekhar Kammula starring Dhanush and Nagarjuna. She also has ‘Rainbow,’ a Tamil-Telugu bilingual with Shaakuntalam fame Dev Mohan and Rahul Ravindran’s ‘The Girlfriend.’
