Super Dull Weekend for This Week Releases in US

The overseas audience always has a specific taste when it comes to watching movies time and again they proved with the choice of films they choose. The same has happened this week as a film like Ghazi continued its decent run and collected $55k on Saturday taking its total to 650k till date. But sadly, the new releases ‘Winner‘ and ‘Yaman’ disappointed heavily and showed no progress at all in the US market.

‘Winner’ was below par as it made $23 K on Saturday and took its total to $71 K which is a bad sign for the movie on a weekend. Things were even worse for Vijay Anthony’s ‘Yaman‘ as it was a disaster flop as the film made $1800 which was even worse in the recent times.

This clearly shows that the US audience did not have much choice this weekend and the films that have come out also were not that interesting. This gives Rana and his film to grab some more money at the box office.

The next week also does not promise many interesting films as some regular masala entertainers are ready for release. Let’s see how the next week goes.
