Teaser Talk: Cashing In On The Original

There are sequels which have an interesting idea but lose there way through and then there are some which are simply made to cash on the original. Looking at the teaser of VIP 2, one gets the impression of the later.

The teaser has just the character from Raghuvaran B Tech in action mode. It could very well have been the teaser of any other mass movie from Dhanush. The idea for the sequel seems to be taken from the second half of Raghuvaran B Tech based on the teaser. Let’s hope it has the heart of the first half too.

Check out the teaser below. VIP 2 is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth. Dhanush has provided the story and dialogues for the sequel. Bollywood senior heroine Kajol appears in South Indian film after two decades.
