Telangana government is planning to take all the 100 institutions in 10th Schedule of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act under its control. This move will leave Andhra Pradesh government at cross roads. However experts see this move of Telangana government as unilateral as the whole concept of Common Capital is accommodating resources strapped AP till 10 years.
High Court’s Verdict on this issue is also faulty as the high court totally gave a misleading one. This will only create new problems between both the states. Andhra Pradesh government already knocked Supreme Court’s doors on this issue!
