One of the hyped films of the year is ‘Thangalaan,’ starring Chiyaan Vikram and directed by Pa Ranjith. The film features Parvathy Thiruvothu and Malavika Mohanan in key roles. Set against the backdrop of the Kolar Gold Fields, “Thangalaan” is based on real events.

With the film gearing up for release soon, the makers have now released the trailer of this historical action drama. The trailer gives a glimpse of the agony the villagers go through for gold and the intense action drama.
It all begins when Lord Clement visits the village seeking help to extract gold. Chiyaan Vikram tries to assist, and they face severe obstacles that lead to intense and realistic fights. The stunning visuals and GV Prakash Kumar’s decent score make this trailer interesting.

It seems Malavika Mohanan will be playing a sorceress involved in some breathtaking action sequences with Vikram. Vikram’s massive transformation and efforts for the role are truly commendable. Pa Ranjith promises to deliver a gripping tale of bravery in the Kolar Gold Fields.
