Raviteja and director Surender Reddy’s latest release ‘Kick 2’ bombed at the box-office is something which has cost dearly for the producer Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. Since his brother NTR was also involved, did NTR also lose huge money on Kick 2?

If the reports in an English tabloid are to be believed, NTR has lost upto Rs.12 crores on ‘Kick 2’. To bail out the financial issues during the release NTR doled out Rs.6 crores and later producer Dil Raju cleared Rs.6 crores to make the film’s release possible. But unfortunately the film didn’t do well and NTR lost his 6 crores.
Since Dil Raju cleared the financial issues, NTR had to sign his next with the producer as a compensation for the 6 crores he had cleared for ‘Kick 2’s release. According to which, NTR would forego the amount in his remuneration.
