Oscar award is a dream for every actor and for a film because it’s the highest tribute gave to someone recognizing their work and as token of appreciation. According to the latest updates two Telugu films have been considered for best foreign language film category by producer’s council of Telugu film industry.
Tanikella Bharani’s directional debutante film “Midhunam” and JK Bharavi’s Jaghadguru Adhi Sankaracharya movies have been sent as official nominees to International Film Federation of India committee. Both this films have received critical acclaim but nothing great in terms of success at box office.
Midhunam and Adhi Sankaracharya are unique films with respective of the theme, story telling but both films deserve awards for sure. Let’s wish at least one of the film gets selected and be in Oscar race making every Telugu person proud.
