Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu has had a long, rocky journey -from years of delays to multiple postponements. But now, with Pawan Kalyan himself stepping into the promotions, the buzz has picked up significantly, especially in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Here’s the latest update on Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s U.S. premieres scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) from 2.30 PM EST.
As of this morning (U.S. time), the U.S. distributor Prathyangira Cinemas had only received the first half of the film.
The second half was still pending delivery until recently. The official word is that the second half has now been received and is being uploaded to Qube servers around 5 PM EST today (Tuesday).
That means the second half is being received by the U.S. distributor 22 hours in advance, and U.S. premieres scheduled begin at 2:30 PM EST on Wednesday.
Because of this last-second delivery, there’s a real logistical scramble now.
Not all U.S. theatres accept digital delivery via Qube. Many still rely on physical hard drives, which must be shipped via overnight FedEx.
As a result, some theatres may not receive the content delivery in time to start the U.S. premieres as scheduled for Wednesday noon.
In fact, major chains like AMC Theatres are known to drop a film from their listings entirely if they don’t receive the full content on time. That’s the challenge the U.S. distributor is now racing against.
While such last-minute situations are unfortunately not new for Telugu films, it’s surprising considering Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been in production for several years.
So, if you’re planning to attend the U.S. premieres tomorrow – especially the early noon shows at 2:30 PM EST – it’s strongly advised to call your local theater in advance to confirm whether they’ve received the content. If not, you can easily find another location that has received the digital content and will begin the premiere on time.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share further updates as they come. For now, there is a lot of attention on the film after Pawan Kalyan himself said he designed the crucial 18-minute climax episode. He is satisfied with the film’s output and believes the audience will leave the theater feeling satisfied.satisfied.
