Bollywood vs South cinema clashes are getting intense, especially after last year’s face-off between Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki and Prabhas’ Salaar. Both films were released around the same time and ended up hurting each other’s box office performance, with neither emerging as a big hit.
Now, Shah Rukh Khan and Mahesh Babu are set for another unusual clash at the end of this year. Both superstars will be voicing different versions of the same character in Disney’s upcoming film, Mufasa: The Lion King. Shah Rukh Khan will voice Mufasa in the Hindi version, while Mahesh Babu will take on the same role in the Telugu version.

The story focuses on the rise of Mufasa, from being an orphaned cub to becoming the beloved king of the Pride Lands, and it introduces new and fan-favorite characters through a mix of live-action and photoreal computer-generated imagery.
Let’s hope this clash doesn’t turn ugly like the Prabhas vs SRK showdown last year, but it will certainly be interesting to see which version of Mufasa will earn more at the box office.
