Small-time producer Vamsi Nandipati, mostly known for his collaborations with ETV Win, made some awkward stage comments and is now facing extreme social media backlash.
Last night, at Sivaji’s Sampradayini Suppini Suddapoosani press meet, he went overboard while attempting to praise actress Laya.
He went on to compare the prestigious Nandi Awards to “pandulu” (pigs).
Ironically, the anchor hosting the event did not understand what he said and asked him to repeat it.
While concluding his speech, he repeated the same “pandulu” statement again. Although he mentioned he had heard this comparison, he could have avoided such ridiculous stage talk, especially as being a producer himself.
